Registration for any course or event must be paid for prior to the course commencement. Payment details must be supplied when booking. Card payments should be completed at time of online booking. Delegates may be substituted at any time by emailing education@steel-sci.com

Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellation(s) of course, event or webinar place(s) must be received no later than 5 working days prior to the programme start to qualify for a refund. Delegates who sign up to attend a free event, but fail to notify us of a booking cancellation within the above time limit (5 working days) will be liable for a £25 charge to cover catering and administration costs.
